Name of farm – group of smallholder producers

Grade – AA

Processing – Fully washed coffee, dried on elevated African drying tables

Altitude – 1,500 meters – grown on highland slopes

Plant varietal – Bourbon SL 34

Soil Type – Volcanic red soils

Shaded – Coffee shaded under Gravillea, Macadamia and Eucalyptus trees

Cupping notes – Slightly savory almost beefy aroma with notes of chocolate, black currant, and citrus. Bright, clean acidity with good body.
