WHEN DO WE ROAST AND WHEN DO WE SHIP YOUR COFFEE???

Each MONDAY we fire up the roaster for our online orders and ship them out within 24 hours to ensure freshness.
All orders received before 7PM Sunday ( thats 1900 Sunday for y'all military folks) will be roasted and shipped within 24 hours of the Monday roast.
Any Orders placed after 7PM Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
We ship via USPS First Class Mail, orders typically take 2-4 days to ship. This is perfect as the beans need a few days to rest post roast.
Our Goal - To get you a fresh bag of coffee! We DO NOT keep inventory sitting around. We roast every batch to order and hope you enjoy your coffee.
